To get to the villa you drive down a 100m long private road at the end of which you will find this cottage. A couple of stairs takes you down and into the small but private and inviting garden and to the front door. Entrance to the house is into a closed naya and into the centrally located living room. Leading off from the living room is the small but very usable kitchen, which the chef owners who have lived in the home for more than 15 years tell us is more than adequate for cooking and food preparation.

The kitchen has a gas stove, cupboards and fridge. The kitchen leads out onto a very pretty patio that enjoys wonderful views and sunshine most of the day.

The main bedroom is a good size and is fitted with a wood burner. The second bedroom is also a double plus there is a third small bedroom that has its own private shower. Outside the two bedrooms is a wide passageway that the owners use as a study. The main bathroom consist of a shower, toilet and basin.

The covered naya is also used for an additional fridge freezer and the washing machine.

Externally there is a stand alone pool and a snug garden that is very pretty, private and very restful. There is also off street parking in the private road.

This is a very unusual villa where maximum use has been made of the space with the house feeling substantially larger than its square meterage.
