The back courtyard is home to a private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, as well as providing access to the small solarium which enjoys good views of the neighbourhood and surrounding mountains.

The south facing kidney shaped pool with Roman steps enjoys sun all year round and is surrounded by landscaped gardens that include low level lighting and outdoor speakers.
