Villa Mimosa is located in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Moraira.The entrance from the street is via lockable gates and there is space for several vehicles. The main upper floor accommodation is accessed from the driveway up a short flight of external steps leading into the property through the front door. Double doors from the lounge lead out onto a shaded dining terrace with table and chairs for six people and stairs down to the garden. The lower floor accommodation can be accessed from the driveway or from the pool area. The accommodation includes a second comfortable lounge, a small kitchen with cooker, sink and plenty of cupboard space and two further good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with shower as well as double doors onto the pool terrace. The second bedroom has exclusive use of a second bathroom (with shower). Both bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes and air conditioning. Doors from the lounge in the downstairs accommodation lead out onto a shaded terrace and onto the large terraces surrounding the pool. The Swimming Pool - is rectangular, measures 8'00 x 4'00 and has Roman steps in the shallow end. There is a covered dining gazebo adjacent to the pool and brick-built barbecue. The gardens are tastefully laid out with jacarandas, flowering bushes and lots of bougainvilleas and benefit from a good degree of privacy. There is only exterior access between floors.
