The villa will dispose of hot water tank with solar energy interchange. Gap provided for kitchen oven embedded in the lower kitchen furniture as well as the gap for the glass ceramic hob. All appliances must be electrical. Hot water hook ups for washing machine and dish washer will be compatible with bi thermic appliances (house hold electrical appliances not included).
