Administrator Required - We are searching for an administrator to work within our Holiday Lettings department.
Candidates must have the ability to co-ordinate and multitask with internal/ external clients and partners to ensure smooth operations throughout the peak holiday letting season.
Duties include:- taking bookings/ completing accounts/ advertising properties/ undertaking suitability and valuations of properties/ tourist board applications/ working closely with property management.
A knowledge of Excel and Word is essential, able to forward think and to use own initiative. Due to the nationalities of our clients fluency in both the English and Spanish language is required.
Full time or part time hours will be considered for this role, some working from home required during peak season. Immediate start, ongoing role and contract for the successful candidate.
